- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the App in any medium, including by any automated or non-automated "scraping".

- Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the App.

- Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.

- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of the App.

- Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

- Using the App for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, trademarks, service marks, and logos of the App ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to VirtuNum, and subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. The App is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only. 

7. Modification of Terms

We can amend these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the amended terms on the App or by sending you an email.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, and without warning, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VirtuNum, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the App; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country in which VirtuNum is primarily located, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
